Responsibilities

Call leads received from portals, ads, and references

Speak to tenants and understand requirement (area, budget, move-in date)

Speak to owners and collect property details

Schedule site visits for field team

Follow up with leads regularly (call + WhatsApp)

Update lead status properly in CRM / sheets

Coordinate with sales team and management for fast closure

Maintain professional communication with all clients

Required Skills

Good communication in English + Telugu / Hindi

Confidence in calling and follow-up

Basic WhatsApp and Excel/Google Sheets usage

Polite, professional, and target-oriented attitude
