Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide information about products/services.
Maintain customer records and update database regularly.
Follow up with clients and ensure excellent customer service.
Generate leads and maintain follow-ups for business growth.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of telecalling/customer service experience.
Good communication skills in Kannada and English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
Positive attitude, convincing ability, and polite telephone etiquette.
