Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Telecallers to join our recruitment team. You will be responsible for reaching out to candidates and hiring delivery partners for multiple clients like Swiggy, Zomato, Domino’s, Zepto, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential candidates from provided databases.

• Explain job roles and benefits clearly (e.g. pay, joining bonus, flexible hours).

• Convince and guide candidates through the onboarding process.

• Schedule interviews or document collection as required.

• Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and daily hiring reports.

• Coordinate with field recruiters and client representatives when needed.

• Achieve weekly/monthly hiring targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).

• Good communication skills in Hindi and/or local languages (English is a plus).

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Google Sheets).

• Prior experience in telecalling or recruitment is preferred but not mandatory.

• Should be target-oriented and self-motivated.
