Job Description :
Make outbound calls to students and parents to promote EdTech programs, seminars, workshops, and counselling sessions related to Medical, Engineering, and Study Abroad courses.
Handle inbound enquiries received through calls, websites, emails, and campaigns, and provide accurate information about courses and offerings.
Qualify prospects by understanding their requirements and convert enquiries into potential leads for the sales/admission team.
Ensure timely follow-ups with interested students/parents to maximise lead conversion and appointment bookings.
Maintain and update lead details, call logs, and follow-up status in the CRM/lead management system.
Qualifications:
Undergraduate or Graduate or Post Graduation
Experience: 0 – 2 years
Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills and Presentation Skills
English & Kannada Mandatory (Malayalam/Telugu/Tamil) will be an added advantage
