• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their business needs and objectives.
Manage client on-boarding, support, and on-going relationship development.
Coordinate with internal departments (Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Handle client escalations, resolve issues, and ensure timely resolution.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling financial, legal, or compliance services.
Regularly follow up with clients for documentation, service updates, renewals, and feedback.
Drive client retention through consistent engagement and support.
Maintain and update CRM portal with client data, communication logs, and action points.
