This position involves managing both inbound and outbound communication, performing cold calls to attract new clients, and checking in with current customers to maintain a strong connection with them. The role offers ₹8000 - ₹12000 in a supportive and dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide information to customers on our products/services to generate interest.
Follow a script to engage with customers to improve the chance of closing sales.
Record customer data, purchase details, and reactions for easy reference and future communication.
Develop a rapport with clients by addressing their questions and engaging with a customer-first approach.
Meet sales goals each week, maintain quality standards, and adhere to compliance guidelines.
Analyze customer feedback and trends to enhance future sales efforts.
