The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers to promote and explain various financial products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Credit Cards, Home Loans, and Insurance. Candidates will be responsible for generating leads, converting them into sales, and following up with interested customers to close deals. Additionally, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the system is essential. Applicants should have good communication and persuasion skills. While prior telesales experience is an advantage, it is not mandatory. Undergraduates are welcome to apply, and English proficiency is not a strict requirement.
