💰 Salary & Benefits:

• Fresher: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month

• Experienced (6+ months): ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Weekly off: Sunday fixed off + 1 alternative extra day off•

### 🎯 Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services

• Convert leads into sales through effective communication

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in Excel

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team performance

• Provide excellent customer experience by handling queries professionally

### 🔑 Key Requirements:

• Can speak any on these languages fluently: English, Tamil, Gujrati, Malyalam and Punjabi.

• Graduate (Mandatory) – all documents OR at least all semester results required

• Fluent English communication is a must

• Good interpersonal skills & persuasive communication
