Position Name: Telecaller

Experience: 1+ years

Location: Valasaravakkam, Chennai

Work timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Salary: 20 to 25K

Key Responsibilities:

1. Call and follow up with prospective clients for memberships & packages.

2. Explain gym facilities, offers, and benefits over phone/WhatsApp.

3. Maintain call logs, enquiry records, and follow-up reports.

4. Convert leads into walk-ins and assist front office with scheduling appointments.

5. Handle customer queries politely and professionally.

6. Support in promotional campaigns and customer engagement.

Requirements:

1. Good communication skills in English & local language.

2. Pleasant voice and confident personality.

3. Prior experience in telecalling/customer support preferred.

4. Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM is an added advantage.
