Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers to promote personal loan products.

• Explain loan features, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and required documents.

• Generate leads and schedule follow-ups with interested customers.

• Identify customer needs and suggest suitable loan options.

• Collect and verify preliminary customer details (income, employment, credit history, etc.).

• Maintain and update lead data in CRM or Excel.

• Coordinate with the sales, verification, and credit team for loan processing.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.

• Handle customer queries with professionalism and provide accurate information.

• Ensure all interactions comply with company banking guidelines and regulatory standards.
