Telecaller Inbound

We are hiring Telecallers for our Loan Process team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers and assisting them with personal loan, business loan, or home loan inquiries. The goal is to generate leads and convert interested customers into successful loan applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers regarding loan products.

Explain loan products such as personal loans, business loans, and home loans.

Understand customer requirements and check eligibility.

Collect and verify basic documents and details.

Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups.

Coordinate with the back-end team for further processing.

Achieve daily and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries effectively.

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM software).

Previous experience in loan sales/telecalling preferred but not mandatory.

Confident, energetic, and target-oriented.

Ability to handle rejections and work under pressure.
