Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services
· Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
· Follow up on leads and maintain a strong customer pipeline
· Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions
· Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details in CRM
· Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
· Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of customers
Requirements:
· Proven experience in telesales / telecalling / inside sales
· Strong communication and convincing skills
· Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
· Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
· Target-driven and self-motivated
· Fluency in English and regional languages (Kannada/Hindi preferred)
