Senior Sales Executive

Experience: 2–4 years

💼 What You'll Do

Make outbound calls to assigned leads and drive conversions

Handle inbound inquiries and close sales

Explain Cent Health's early detection services with confidence

Understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions

Handle objections and negotiate effectively

Follow up consistently until closure

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Maintain accurate CRM records

Coordinate with internal teams for seamless customer onboarding

✅ What We're Looking For

1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales or Tele Sales

Proven success in target-driven sales roles

Excellent communication and persuasion skills

Strong objection-handling and negotiation abilities

Ability to build rapport quickly over calls

Basic CRM knowledge

Graduation preferred

🕒 Work Schedule

Shift Options:

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Working Days:

6-day work week

Saturday and Sunday are working days

One weekly off between Monday and Thursday
