Tele calling

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to support our driver hiring process. As a telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential drivers, explaining the job requirements, and assisting in the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential drivers and explain job requirements.

Generate a list of qualified driver candidates by sourcing from various channels (job portals, referrals, etc.).

Assess candidates' qualifications based on their driving experience, availability, and willingness to work.

Answer incoming calls from potential drivers, addressing their queries about the job, company, and process.

Maintain good relationships with drivers, ensuring their queries are addressed in a timely manner.

Maintain a database of potential candidates, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
