We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Telecalling to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, explaining real estate projects, and generating qualified leads for our sales team The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and a passion for building customer relationships.
Make outbound and inbound calls to potential customers and explain ongoing real estate projects.
Generate leads and maintain a database of interested clients.
Follow up with prospective clients regularly and schedule site visits.
Provide accurate information about property features, pricing, and offers.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure successful client conversion.
Maintain daily call logs and lead reports.
Achieve monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).
Proven experience in telecalling / telesales, preferably in real estate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, etc.).
Fluency in english speaking.
