Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive / Phone Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in tele-sales, lead conversion, and customer relationship management, preferably in NBFC, Fintech, Ed-Tech, Banking, Insurance, or Vehicle Sales. Responsibilities:
Contact potential and existing customers via phone to pitch relevant products and services
Understand customer needs, provide product information, and suggest suitable solutions
Convert leads into sales by building strong customer relationships
Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and messages to close sales
Maintain and update sales records in CRM software
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns effectively
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
Language : Fluent in Hindi is mandatory.
Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days (Mon-Sat)
