Tele calling

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team and handle inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.

• Handle inbound calls from customers and resolve their queries efficiently.

• Explain product or service details clearly and persuasively.

• Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly.

• Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with clients.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

• Handle complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when needed.

• Maintain call records and prepare reports on customer interactions and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (additional languages are a plus).

• Strong listening and persuasive skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools is preferred.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

• Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support will be an advantage.
