Tele Calling

Malnad Thota Pvt. Ltd., a fast-growing company specializing in agricultural land real estate, is looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills in Kannada, the ability to engage and convince potential clients, and a willingness to visit project sites on weekends when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce agricultural land investment opportunities.

• Clearly explain property details, pricing, and benefits to interested leads.

• Maintain a positive and professional communication tone while addressing customer queries.

• Generate appointments and follow up with clients to ensure site visits.

• Visit the property sites on weekends to assist clients and provide guidance during field visits.

• Maintain and update customer records, call logs, and follow-up details.

• Work closely with the sales team to support conversions.

• Achieve weekly and monthly targets as assigned.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Kannada (mandatory).

• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle outbound calls confidently.

• Willingness to visit property sites on weekends.

• Basic knowledge of real estate (preferred, not mandatory).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Minimum qualification: PUC/Any Degree (preferred)
