Tele calling

We are looking for a Tele calling to join our team at Gst Suvidha Kendra. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹6000 - ₹8000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and lead generation:

  Make outbound calls to potential customers to sell products or services and convert leads into sales. 

• Customer service:

  Handle inbound calls, answer customer questions, and resolve complaints or issues in a professional manner. 

• Information and support:

  Provide information about products and services, explain features and benefits, and assist customers with their needs. 

• Database management:

  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update customer information, and manage customer databases. 

• Performance and targets:

  Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets and contribute to overall sales and customer engagement goals. 

• Relationship building:

  Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by ensuring high satisfaction levels. Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate, and candidate must be a fresher. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
