Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead generation through outbound calls and identifying prospects interested in career upskilling.

•  Providing clear, detailed information about the programs offered and maintaining a strong lead pipeline.

• Meeting daily call targets along with weekly/monthly conversion goals.

• Guiding students on the importance of career development and helping them choose the right path.

• Maintaining call records, follow-ups, and ensuring high-quality customer interaction.

Qualifications:

•  Graduate  in any discipline.

•  Experience: 0 – 2 years in Telecalling , customer service or inside sales (EdTech           

• experience is an added advantage)

•  Strong communication, listening skills.

•  Ability to work with targets and deliver consistently.Attractive salary package with performance-based incentives.
