We're seeking a dynamic Telecalling Executive to join our Aviation Academy team! You'll b e responsible for reaching out to prospective students, explaining our aviation programs, addressing queries, and ensuring lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential students to generate leads and conversions

- Handle inbound calls, provide accurate information, and resolve queries

- Explain our aviation programs and courses clearly

- Counsel students on benefits, procedures, and next steps

- Maintain and update call records in CRM or databases

- Follow up regularly with leads to ensure timely conversion

- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
