KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
What You Will Own
· Make outbound calls to SME and startup prospects, pitch our services, and convert leads into paying customers
· Handle inbound inquiries promptly — qualify leads, understand requirements, and close sales within defined TAT
· Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue quotas assigned by the Sales Manager
· Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools — track every lead, follow-up, and closure diligently
· Upsell and cross-sell relevant services (company registration, GST, trademark,
· compliance packages) based on customer profile
· Negotiate pricing, overcome objections, and close deals confidently while protecting margins
· Maintain high call quality, call volume targets, and customer satisfaction scores on every interaction
· Follow up on pending proposals, trial users, and unconverted leads with structured re-engagement sequences
· Provide accurate sales forecasts and daily/weekly performance reports to the reporting manager
· Coordinate with operations and fulfilment teams to ensure seamless post-sale customer onboarding
· Gather market intelligence — capture common objections, competitor mentions, and customer feedback to share with the product and marketing teams

What We're Looking For
· Graduate in any discipline — MBA is a strong advantage
· Minimum 3 years of telesales or inside sales experience, preferably in B2B services, SaaS, fintech, or legal/compliance services
· Demonstrated track record of quota achievement — candidates must have consistently met or exceeded sales targets in previous roles
· Proven incentive earnings history — candidates who have earned performance-based incentives in past roles are strongly preferred
· Navi Mumbai: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory for this location
· Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills with the ability to close deals over the phone
· Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, Leadsquared, or similar)
· High energy, self-motivated, and resilient — comfortable with rejection and persistent in follow-ups
· Basic understanding of business compliance, GST, company registration, or startup ecosystem is a significant advantage
