About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by managing both inbound and outbound sales processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
●Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and engage with potential customers through calls, emails, and digital outreach.
● Sales Conversion: Convert inbound leads into sales and proactively follow up on prospective clients.
● Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
● Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions in the CRM.
● Collaboration with Field Sales: Work closely with the field sales team to align strategies and optimize customer acquisition.
● Sales Targets & Reporting: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and provide regular reports on sales performance
Key Requirements
Experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development (B2B/B2C).
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
