About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Presales Executive to support our sales team by engaging with potential clients, explaining our services, and generating qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential clients

• Understand customer requirements and explain products/services

• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team

• Maintain and update CRM with lead status

• Follow-up with prospects to move them along the sales funnel

Requirements:

• 1-4 years of experience in Presales / Telesales / Customer Support

• Excellent communication skills in Kannada , English and Hindi

• Good listening skills and customer handling ability

• Self-motivated and target-oriented
