Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain our products/services.

• Generate and qualify leads through calling.

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

• Achieve sales targets and maintain follow-ups with prospects.

• Maintain daily reports of calls, leads, and conversions.

• In rare cases, visit clients in the field if required (majority of work is calling-based).

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).

• Strong communication and convincing skills (English/Hindi preferred).

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp communication).

• Positive attitude, persuasive personality, and target-driven mindset.
