🔹 Role
Telesales Executive – Aviation Admissions (CPL Programs)
🔹 Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads generated through ads, events, and campaigns
Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into qualified leads
Explain CPL (Pilot Training) programs clearly to students & parents
Qualify leads based on budget, PCM eligibility, and interest
Schedule counseling sessions / demo classes / appointments
Maintain daily follow-ups (calls + WhatsApp)
Update all interactions in CRM (FUP remarks, status, next action)
Share relevant information (courses, countries, ROI, process)
Coordinate with counselors for high-intent leads
Achieve daily/weekly call targets and conversion targets
Handle objections related to fees, career, and safety
Ensure professional communication and quick response time
🔹 Requirements
Minimum 12th / Graduate
Good communication skills (English + Hindi / regional language)
Strong convincing and follow-up skills
Experience in telesales / telecalling preferred
Ability to handle high call volume and targets
Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, WhatsApp communication
Interest in aviation / education sector
Positive attitude and result-oriented mindset
🔹 Additional (Preferred)
Experience in education / study abroad / aviation sales
Understanding of CPL / DGCA basics
Experience in high-ticket sales conversion support
