Sales Telecaller

• ake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote healthcare insurance plans.

• Explain policy features, benefits, and claims processes clearly and effectively.

• Assist customers with cashless claim implementation, hospital coordination, and documentation.

• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into successful policy sales.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly.

• Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, and hospitals for claim support.

• Handle customer queries related to policy coverage, claims, and renewals.

• Achieve assigned sales and service targets.
  Minimum qualification: Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant experience.

• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service (healthcare or insurance preferred).

• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages.

• Basic understanding of health insurance, claims process, and cashless hospitalization.

• Excellent persuasion and problem-solving skills.
