Job Description
We are looking for results-driven Telesales Executives who can call leads, engage customers, and close sales. This role is not just about calling — you will also be involved in lead generation and follow-ups to drive consistent revenue.
If you can talk confidently, handle objections, and convert interest into orders, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing and new leads
Convert inquiries into confirmed sales
Generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, and follow-ups
Explain product/service benefits clearly and confidently
Handle customer objections and close deals effectively
Maintain call records, lead status, and follow-up schedules
Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, dispatch, or service
Achieve daily call targets and monthly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication skills (English + Hindi Compulsory kannada and tamil is a advantage.)
Proven experience in telesales / inside sales / telecalling
Ability to convince, negotiate, and close deals
Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation
Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, or lead management tools
Target-oriented mindset (no excuses, only results)
