Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves handling leads, engaging with potential customers, and converting them into sales through calls, messages, and online communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact and follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email

  • Explain product/service features to customers

  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions

  • Maintain daily call and sales reports

  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (English + Hindi/Kannada preferred)

  • Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling

  • Ability to work independently from home

  • Laptop and stable internet connection mandatory.

  • Prior experience in inside sales/telecalling is a plus
