Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and support the sales or service team by maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries effectively.

• Maintain records of calls and customer information in the CRM.

• Follow up on leads and convert them into potential customers.

• Achieve daily and monthly call targets set by the team leader.

• Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Report feedback and call performance to the supervisor regularly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any field.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English (regional language is a plus).

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM usage).

• Confident, polite, and positive attitude.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Salary Range:

₹3,000 – ₹5,000 per month (depending on experience and performance) + incentives.
