Telecaller / B2B Sales Executive – Codexae | Noida

About Codexae:
Codexae is a leading web development company in Noida, dedicated to helping businesses grow through innovative websites and digital solutions. We’re looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive / Telecaller who can connect with B2B clients, understand their requirements, and drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential B2B clients to promote Codexae’s web development and digital services.

  • Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the business development team.

  • Understand client needs and explain company services effectively.

  • Maintain client database, follow up with prospects, and ensure lead conversion.

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to improve outreach and client engagement.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months – 2 years of experience in telecalling / B2B sales / inside sales.

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English & Hindi.

  • Basic understanding of IT or web development services is a plus.

  • Goal-oriented, energetic, and confident on calls.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Excel, or Google Sheets preferred.
