Position 1: Tele caller – Real Estate

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers are welcome)

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads for residential and commercial real estate projects.

Explain project details, pricing, and benefits confidently over the phone.

Maintain follow-ups with interested clients and coordinate site visits.

Record and update client interactions in the CRM or daily call sheet.

Support the sales team in lead conversion and client management.

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English.

Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented attitude.

Good listening skills with the ability to handle client queries effectively.

Basic understanding of real estate or telesales (training provided for freshers).

Present and promote real estate projects effectively to prospective buyers.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Stay informed about market trends, developer updates, and competitor projects.
