We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to drive sales and business development for Solar Solutions, EV Scooters, LED Lighting, EV Charging Stations, Batteries, Inverters, and related energy products. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, and managing channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Generate new business through direct sales, dealers, distributors, and corporate clients.
• Build and manage customer and channel partner relationships.
• Conduct product presentations, prepare quotations, and close sales.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Lead and motivate the sales team.
• Maintain sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
• 4–8 years of sales experience in Solar, EV, LED Lighting, Electrical, Batteries, or Related Industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
