Sales Executive / Telesales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate, confident, and articulate Telecaller to connect with customers who have inquired about sexual health concerns. Your primary responsibility will be to understand their issues, offer a listening ear, and guide them toward suitable Ayurvedic medicines from our product line. Full training on products and customer handling will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential customers who have inquired about sexual wellness and related health issues.

• Listen to their concerns with sensitivity, privacy, and without judgment.

• Suggest appropriate Ayurvedic products from our range based on their symptoms and needs.

• Clearly explain product benefits, usage instructions, and answer customer queries.

• Maintain a professional, respectful, and confidential tone throughout the conversation.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up as required.

• Coordinate with the sales and medical advisory team for any specific concerns or escalations.

• Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in [Hindi / regional language .

• Comfortable discussing personal and sensitive topics with maturity and empathy.

• Interest in Ayurvedic wellness and natural remedies.

• Basic computer literacy and ability to work with CRM or call-logging tools.

• Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
