Job Overview:

Leads Sure Media is hiring a Business Development Associate with proven experience in the digital marketing or website designing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, generating quality leads, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities for digital marketing and website design services.

Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into successful sales.

Maintain strong and long-term relationships with clients to ensure consistent business growth.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective strategies.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Handle client queries and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.

Prepare and present regular performance and sales reports to management.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of digital marketing and website designing services.

Target-driven with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Proficient in CRM and lead management tools.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Qualifications:

Graduate in any field (Marketing or Business preferred).

Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales within a digital marketing or website design agency.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining client relationships.

Work Environment:

Location: Sector 3, Noida

Working Days: 6 days a week

Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Work Mode: Full-time, On-site

Must be comfortable with daily reporting using Google Business Suite and internal systems.
