Full Time
Business Development
• Identify and approach architects, interior designers, facility managers, administration teams, procurement teams
and corporate clients.
• Generate new opportunities through calls, meetings, referrals and networking.
• Fix qualified client appointments independently and maintain a healthy meeting calendar.
Client Meetings
• Present the KLUG Experience confidently and professionally.
• Understand the client's requirement, pain points, budget, project stage and decision-making process.
• Build long-term relationships and coordinate internally for proposals, samples and quotations.
Sales Execution
• Follow up on every enquiry, meeting and quotation until a clear outcome is received.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and work towards monthly targets.
• Represent KLUG Furniture professionally at every stage of the sales process.
Outbound calls
40-50 per day
Skills Required
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Confidence to approach new people and ask for appointments.
• Curiosity, business understanding and the ability to ask intelligent questions.
• Positive attitude, persistence and the ability to handle rejection.
• Fluency in English and Kannada; Hindi is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, email and digital reporting tools.
• Two-wheeler and willingness to travel within Bengaluru are preferred.
