Telesales Bpo Team Leader

We are looking for a Bpo Team Leader to join our team at Cimmons Integrated Services Private Limitedcimmons Integrated Services Private Limited. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of BPO executives to achieve business targets.
• Monitor daily team performance, productivity, attendance, and quality metrics.
• Conduct regular team huddles, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
• Ensure adherence to process guidelines, company policies, and client requirements.
• Track KPIs such as AHT, CSAT, SLA, Quality Score, Conversion, and Productivity.
• Provide coaching and training support to team members for performance improvement.
• Handle escalations and resolve customer/process-related issues effectively.
• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Coordinate with Quality, Training, and Operations teams for process improvement.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in BPO/Call Center operations.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Lead in a BPO environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused approach with strong team-handling skills.
