Identify and approach new clients, distributors, importers, hospitals, and pharmacies (both domestic and international).
Develop new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
Promote company products across Oncology, HIV, Nutraceutical, and Branded Generic segments.
Conduct market and competitor research to formulate effective sales strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams (Regulatory, Export, Logistics, etc.) for seamless order execution and client satisfaction.
Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain consistent client follow-ups and handle post-sales communication.
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business (MBA preferred).
1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or international business development.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Skilled in MS Office, CRM software, and professional email communication.
Familiarity with pharmaceutical documentation, regulatory procedures, and export operations is an advantage.
