VOICE PROCESS (BANKING) 🌟

📞 Job Role:

Handle customer queries and requests during incoming calls.

Upsell banking products such as:

Debit/Credit Card Upgrades

EMI Conversions on Credit Card Dues

Loan Top-ups (Home/Personal)

Insurance Offerings
