Sales Co-ordinator

We are looking for a mature, professional, and self-motivated Client–Artist Coordinator who can act as a bridge between our clients and artists. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication and selling skills who enjoys building strong client relationships while managing coordination with creative talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective clients, understand their needs, and pitch suitable artistic/creative services.

• Coordinate between clients and artists to ensure smooth project execution.

• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful business deals.

• Handle inquiries through phone, email, and online platforms with professionalism.

• Maintain records of clients, projects, and closed deals.

• Work closely with management to strategize and meet sales targets.

Requirements

• Age 30+ (preferred), with maturity and professionalism.

• Strong communication, persuasion, and selling skills.

• Prior experience in client servicing, sales, or coordination roles is a plus.

• Comfortable working from home with reliable internet and phone access.

• Organized, disciplined, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation

• Fixed salary (competitive, based on experience) + attractive incentive (10% of profit on closed deals).
