Job Description

Marketize & promote our product, service, offers & process to the customers through tele marketing. Source new customers through Tele Marketing, Direct marketing, Referrals, and open market activities. Identify potential borrowers for Personal loans & Business Loan Product. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure loyalty. Regularly engage with customers to understand their financial needs and preferences. Promote Personal Loan & Business Loan Product and achieve assigned sales targets. Cross-sell related financial products such as insurance, fixed deposits, or investment options. Conduct detailed profiling of customers to recommend suitable loan products. Handle objections and explain product benefits compared to competitors. Guide customers through loan application, documentation, and verification processes. Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational policies during loan disbursement. Work closely with loan executives, credit teams, and branch staff to ensure smooth processing. Participate in joint calls with other officers to maximize conversions. Provide after-sales support, resolve queries, and ensure timely loan servicing. Focus on customer retention by delivering high-quality service.
