Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers ,

Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information,

Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities,

Explain products/services clearly to customers,

Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally,

Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets,

Update CRM with call details,

Maintain customer records and databases,

Proficiency in Excel,
