Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our real estate sales team. You will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential clients, and converting prospects into site visits or direct sales. A successful telesales executive should have excellent communication and persuasion skills, especially in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential buyers from provided leads or cold calling.

• Present and promote residential/commercial properties to clients via phone.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.

• Schedule site visits and follow up with potential buyers.

• Maintain client database and record details of inquiries, conversations, and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.

• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets (calls, site visits, closures).

• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, preferably in real estate or a similar industry.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused.

• Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.

• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office.

• Fluent in [English/ Regional Languages – adjust as per region].

• High school diploma or bachelor's degree in any discipline.
