Real Estate Telesales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and confident Tele Sales Executive to handle inbound/outbound calls and generate qualified leads for our real estate projects. The candidate should be persuasive, customer-focused, and able to work in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on inquiries.

• Explain project details, pricing, and benefits over the phone.

• Generate and qualify leads for site visits.

• Maintain and update the CRM database with client interactions.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in tele sales, preferably in the real estate sector.

• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle objections and convert leads effectively.

• Basic computer and CRM handling knowledge.

• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
