Scheduling: Arrange and coordinate on-site or virtual property viewings with clients and sales consultants.
Database Management: Maintain accurate records of prospects and clients in the CRM system.
Follow-ups: Follow up with clients for feedback, additional information, and to guide them through the sales funnel.
Sales Targets: Work to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Team Collaboration: Liaise with sales, marketing, and other departments for seamless operations.
Market Knowledge: Stay informed about real estate market trends, competitor activities, and project details.
