We’re seeking a results-driven sales development rep/ business development representative executive to join our Marketing team at Ginesys.
You will manage inbound and outbound calls, convert leads into opportunity, by validating qualification criteria. This function supports the sales team in driving revenue.

Objectives of the role:
Identifying and qualifying potential leads through inbound and outbound lead generation methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and online research.
Qualifying leads, identifying customer needs, and providing solutions aligned with the company’s offerings.
Maintaining a high level of knowledge about the company’s products and services.
Maintaining and updating the CRM with accurate customer and sales data.
Handle inbound sales inquiries and manage a sales pipeline .
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company's products or services.
Manage follow-up processes to keep leads engaged and moving through the sales pipeline.
Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities.
Required skills and qualifications:
Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in lead qualification.
Understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) and using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Understanding of lead generation and prospecting techniques.
Knowledge of market research and lead generation techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
