Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Drive subscription sales for Univest’s premium products through inbound and outbound calls.
Convince and convert leads into paying customers using clear communication and product knowledge.
Understand customer needs and pitch appropriate subscription plans.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams for feedback and continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions in CRM.

Requirements:

1–5 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or financial product sales (preferably fintech or subscription-based).
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Strong target orientation and ability to work under performance-based goals.
Familiarity with trading, investing, or financial products will be a plus.
Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
