Job Description

We looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Team Leader to manage our sales team and drive performance to achieve business target.

Key Responsibilities:-

. Lead, manage, and motivated and telesales team

. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets coaching/training

. Develop and improve sales script and strategies

. Handle customer queries and escalations

. Prepare report (MIS, performance tracking, etc.)

Requirements:

. 1-3 years of experience in telesales or sales

. Minimum 1 year of team handling experince

. Strong communication and leadership skills

. Target-driven and result-oriented indset

. Basic knowledge of CRM tool and MS Excel
