• Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries from property buyers.

• Explain project details, pricing, location, amenities.

• Qualify leads based on budget, preferences, and readiness to buy.

• Schedule and coordinate site visits for the sales team.

• Maintain and update CRM with lead status, feedback, and follow-ups.

• Regularly follow up with warm leads to nurture them toward conversion.

• Coordinate with the marketing team to get fresh leads and campaign insights.

• Provide timely reports on lead funnel, conversions, and visit schedules.

• Ensure excellent customer experience at the pre-sales stage.
