1. Position: Loan Executive (Doctor Loan Process)

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (Fixed + Incentives)

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months – 1 year experience specifically in Doctor Loan / Loan industry

Good communication skills (Hindi/English)

Ability to handle loan documentation & customer queries

Candidate must have Doctor Loan knowledge only (Other loan experience will not be considered)

Responsibilities:

Generate leads & handle existing doctor loan customers

Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for file login & disbursement

Achieve monthly sales targets

2. Position: Team Leader – Doctor Loan Process

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (Fixed + Incentives)

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Doctor Loan / Loan industry

Ability to manage a team of 5–10 executives

Strong knowledge of bank/NBFC policies related to Doctor Loans

Leadership and target achievement skills

Responsibilities:

Recruit, train & manage a sales team

Monitor daily performance of executives

Achieve team targets and ensure quality of files

Reporting to management
